growing up, i've always been drawn to baking and thank goodness my mom had the good sense to enroll me in some classes :) thanks, ma! so it comes as no surprise to me that my mini me is also leaning towards the culinary arts! yep. i'm glad Nikki's taking an interest in these things. I just need to make sure she gets proper training later on so that she doesn't lose the interest. Gotta have somebody to pass my stuff on to! HAHA!
so, with ingredients in hand, Nikki (with the help of yaya) set to work on some cookie lollies. uhm, methinks i need to find a better recipe. these didn't taste nor look right to me. lol! well, add to that the fact that my yaya accidentally put in twice the amount of salt called for. but i guess the cookies turned out ok. this little dude certainly isn't complaining! ha!
