thing is, i don't think i took enough photos and of course, i kinda overlooked the fact that i had to be in some of the photos everyday and yes! i did not take down notes nor jot down my thoughts for each day! hmm. here's what i saw last week: (yea i know, my life is boring, but what the heck). this was a fun exercise.

got up early as usual... or i didn't get much sleep because i probably had to rush my lecture for this morning. yep, the latter is probably it. i always tend to procrastinate and then rush through something these days.
had an hour in between lectures this morning, so i decided to stay at the library to upload some lectures and then to check on my mail.
had a cold tuna sandwich + calamansi soda for lunch. today i decided to have lunch at the Pioneers Bar as Mr Pido and I had to go shopping for small equipment for our respective areas at school.
headed for SM southmall but i was only able to get a few of the things i needed. i wonder when i'd be able to complete my checklist.
dropped by the house to pick ian up and then we both went to ATC to get more of what i needed before we headed for woodrose to pick nikki up from softball practice.
while getting some of the stuff i needed for school, i spied upon the cute red melamine colander at rustans and i just had to get it! doesn't it look cute with some of my favorite stamps in it? =)
was supposed to meet with mita, team g manager, to discuss some financials before the girls' tournament, but i wasn't able to make it on time. we'll just have to resched.
i learned about a house for rent a street away from our place and I decided to check it out, with kids in tow. the kids kinda liked it. we may have found just the place. now all i need is to show it to G.
a little background here: G and I, together with the kids, checked out a prospective new place for the family just yesterday, and we were all really turned off by how it looked :( so i'm glad i saw something more appealing today. we'll have to see how this pans out.

just another tuesday for me. decided to snap some photos of my students this time around. too bad i didn't think to take some of the kids :(
i love how our new restaurant looks. so clean and modern-looking.
did a lecture for the HND students. i think we ran a little over schedule, but i'm glad the students didn't seem to mind :)
more surfing for me, most likely. can't quite recall what i did that evening, exactly. :o

yay!! holiday for everybody! i was surprised, but really glad to know that G opted to not play golf today. so we kinda just veged out this morning. as usual, i think i spent some time in front of the computer.
spoke to my mom on the phone this morning and she suggested a place for us, just in front of her friend's house.
dropped by our friend, RY's place, so G can admire RY's hot red car.
everybody headed over to the place my mom recommended and it looked really neat and compact, but absolutely too small for a family of 4, with 2 yayas, and a mom who is such a pack rat! i have some serious purging to do!
went around BF to check out more places, but nothing really appealed to us. G took everyone to Gloria Maris for some snack. hmmm... i would've preferred a congee, but G suggested the kids might enjoy some noodles better. now i'm craving for some congee. hehehe.
The owner of the compact house we looked at earlier was already free to show us around, so we went back to look at it again. I think G may have been OK with it already, except for the fact that it's really too tiny for comfort.
We went back to the house to drop the kids off and to rest a little then we went to look at the house i went to see last monday. G liked it better than the other one. i think we may have found just the place, alright.

more of the same today. work, as usual.
had chicken waldorf, roast chicken and vanilla ice cream with blackberry compote + my favorite drink - calamansi soda, for lunch. yum!
headed for Woodrose straightaway, to pick Nikki up, only to find that softball moms and dads had to attend a meeting with the coach, to discuss the girls' softball tourney happening from october to feb. so excited for the girls' new season!
helped ian out with his homework. i'm glad he's getting better at reading.
G and I stepped out to see Eagle Eye. I enjoyed it, although I missed out on the scheduled SA team chat :(

another day at school.
had crab and corn soup, porkloin a la milanese, chocolate mousse and of course, my favorite calamansi soda.
got home to find the kids playing out on the street, and of course, i missed another photo op.
decided to do some writing exercises with ian. of course, i had to do my share of painstaking, neat and pre-school-ish type of handwriting as a guide for ian to follow. ah the things we have to do.
surfed the net and played more of the addicting party king application. then i decided it was time to pack for tomorrow's scrap party, and then to work on a couple of minis to display at the SA booth.

took a short nap between 7 and 8 as I had to get ready to leave by 9AM. I was all set and got to the venue on time. Of course, knowing me, I panicked and thought i missed my turn again, the moment i was along ortigas ave. as i was about to make a u-turn to go back from where i came, i spotted Madison street to the right of where i was. *sigh of relief* didn't want to have to turn around and endure the saturday morning traffic! i eased out of the left lane and headed for madison st. ah. good thing i was able to find a guarded parking space. didn't want to have to risk another bad parking space encounter.
had fun going around the function room and doing some leisurely shopping. definitely enjoyed the shopping discounts :) up to 30% off on my purchases. really happy about my AC album and page protectors! can't wait to work on my first CZ class assignment!!

was planning on going to makati to visit my mom, but since G decided to stay home and skip golf, i didn't bother to leave either.
kids were ready to leave as soon as they got dressed. because i was not ready yet, ian decided to play with his mask - ah, how adorable he looks whenever he uses the voice over function. teehee.
Heard mass at noon and planned on hitting the mall afterwards. G wanted to go to SM Megamall but since I told him I had no pressing business there, we decided to stay closer to home.
We were set to just check out a place to eat at Southmall instead, but G suddenly remembered he'd been craving for some grilled items at racks, we turned around and went to the festival mall instead.
took a crazy amount of photos, the other patrons probably thought i was just playing with a new camera the way i kept on snapping away at anything and everything. took a couple of self-portraits, lol!
Ian kept asking for money to see the statue man (for lack of a better term, lol!!) move. G didn't want ian doing so, and so he said he'd pay ian just to see him move like that statue man. lol! ian was loathe to do so at first, but in the end, he caved.
i'm amazed at how pretty nikki is turning out to be. too bad she seems to be just as masungit as i am. ick!! i hope there's plenty of time to change that!
decided to drop by the bookstore to check out some books until i found some nice bargains.
G made lambing for a cup of cappuccinos so i got 1 for each of us. since we were there already, i thought about getting a jar of sugar crystals which G absolutely loves with his cup of joe.
dropped by a friend's place and the kids got to play with some doggies.
G stepped out to play poker while I again checked out good ole party king.
at the very last minute, upwards of 11, I rushed through a scrappy challenge. more about this here. i really didn't think i was going to make it in time for the deadline, but i'm glad i did. i'm even more glad i made the cut! =)
i tidied up my workspace a bit and decided to just snap a photo of some areas of my scrappy room (unfortunately, i failed to take a photo of my uber messed up desk!), just so i have something to look back on, when we're out of here. aw. that thought makes me so sad.
so there. my simple, incomplete account of what transpired last week. hopefully, there will be other weeks in my life to document. yea, yea. i need to be more attentive and observant next time around.
