finally.
after months of waiting and anticipating, my brother Jeff announced that our blueprints are for pick up! yay!!!
i couldn't leave the house and i'm glad G graciously said he will drop by my mom's place to pick it up. yep, we pored over the plans, took a nap, and went back to checking the plans again. excited much? haha. definitely.
we can't wait to get a new place! with everybody's 'calat' (mostly mine, lol!) we're definitely much too crowded where we are right now.
G and I even already set aside some time over burgers last night with our would-be contractor. oh i just hope the house comes together without many hitches, and within our budget. as soon as the wheels start turning, or should i say, the spades start digging, this blog will be all about construction work!
we pretty much narrowed down our rental options last week, but none could really compare to our little nest. for the record, i am so thankful that G got our buyer to allow us to stay here until our new home is done!
